Medicare is the federal health insurance program for people who are 65 or older and certain younger people with disabilities.

Home Delivered Meals (HDM’s) program provides nutritionally sound meals for seniors age 60 and older who are unable to prepare their own meals or attend an HDC Senior Dining Center.  HDM’s are available in Huron, Sanilac and Tuscola counties through Human Development Commission.
