Home Delivered Meals (HDM’s) program provides nutritionally sound meals for seniors age 60 and older who are unable to prepare their own meals or attend an HDC Senior Dining Center.  Temporary delivery may be provided after a surgery or an accident as well.  HDM’s are available in Huron, Sanilac and Tuscola Counties through Human Development Commission.


The Human Development Commission (HDC) is located in the Thumb of Michigan and serves the residents of Huron, Lapeer, Sanilac, and Tuscola Counties. Its support includes free food (Home Delivered Meals), emergency rental and energy bill help, along with employment assistance.
